Eligibility

Nature of the service
Setl is a software tool, not a financial institution.
We do not hold, custody, or control any user funds.
Crypto transactions
All crypto transactions occur peer-to-peer on the Base blockchain via Privy embedded wallets. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible — Setl cannot reverse or refund any transaction.
You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct address.
Accounts
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
